Passion for the land: a family story.
The Simone farm was founded in 1990. The owner Giuseppe, after having inherited the company from his traditional farming family, took up the challenge by dedicating himself with passion and energy, bringing it to much higher levels. First he built an artesian well, making his land irrigated. He then expanded the company by purchasing several plots of land cultivated with olive groves, vineyards and almond groves. The activity continued and, finally, Giuseppe also managed to build a company oil mill dedicated to the production of EVO oil: a small but very modern and efficient internal oil mill. But over the years Giuseppe has built a small success story thanks to the work of his entire family: his wife Doriana and his children Catia and Francesco.
Our Goals
The small company has immediately aimed to reconcile sustainability and quality, based above all on the direct relationship with customers who prefer to buy directly from the producer. We have chosen not to open our mill to the public, to guarantee very high production standards for our oil: no contamination, constant sanitization, accurate checks of the systems.
To satisfy the requests of customers who are increasingly attentive to excellent products, we have created our garden that guarantees products of the highest quality with the use of completely organic technologies, without any trace of chemical substances.

Our small farm today produces and resells a few products, but always seasonal and with the guarantee that only the work of a family in love with their territory can provide.

From Our Land, the True Taste of Oil
The flagship of our company is the oil that, extracted exclusively cold from organic olives of the Coratina variety, ensures a quality product, rich in polyphenols, with low acidity, with a fruity and slightly bitter flavor.
We have chosen to bottle only the best of our production. For this reason we have thought of only one product line: “Evo Si”. No compromises. Only the best of cold pressing, for a monocultivar Coratina oil. Available in different formats, but always with a unique taste and quality.
